Junior Electrical Engineer

Stealth-Power, LLC is recruiting foran early-career electrical engineer who will perform duties related to battery storage systems. We are looking for an individual to contribute to our design, testing, and quality control processes for our growing assembly/manufacturing operations located in Austin and Palacios, Texas.

About This Role

The selected candidate will beresponsible for the following:

·       Contribute to the design of electricalcontrol systems, harnesses, and enclosures.

·       Execute system testing and qualitycontrol procedures.

·       Maintain schematics to ensurechanges are captured and approved.

·       Create and maintain internal andexternal documentation.

·      Contribute to implement/definesystem assembly tasks when needed.

About This Role

  • Work on a collaborative team of engineers responsible for battery system design, embedded systems firmware, cloud & web software applications, and mechanical design.
  • Collaborate with technical staff responsible for manufacturing operations.
  • Participate in ongoing continuous process improvement programs; identify ways to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar.
  • Two plus years of full-time progressively responsible     experience in electrical engineering.
  • Experience with embedded     systems / microcontrollers, schematic design, and wiring harnesses.
  • Experience with testing,     quality control, and manufacturing processes highly desirable.
  • Experience with CAD a big plus.    
  • Eager to contribute and learn     in a wide variety of activities including hands-on.
  • Passionate about battery, solar photovoltaic and other     renewable power systems
