Meet our Shop Manager and residential prankster!

Tell us about yourself?

I'm a father of two that likes to rise and grind. I'm from West Texas, near Midland, and I joined Stealth Power a few years ago needing a challenge. It's my first time in this type of work environment. I used to be a machinist for medical field products, and this has been a very different type of work. The nice thing is, though, that I was able to transition my attention to detail from my previous position into this one. Stealth Power's products are very precise, and there is little room for error. My last position prepared me well!

What brought you to Stealth Power?

One of Stealth Power's former employees actually called me up one day and said, "Hey! How would you like to work for us?" The opportunity was something new, something I hadn't done before, and something that really intrigued me. I'm lucky because it's not really work if you love what you do, and I love what I do here at Stealth.

What is your favorite work challenge?

I enjoy any project that I can be hands-on with. I like getting in there and figuring out how to make it work. I love the sense of accomplishment I feel when I successfully complete a task like that because I enjoy being physically involved in my work.

What's your favorite taco joint in Austin?

Valentina's in South Austin off of Manchec for sure. That place is delicious! Their smoked brisket is the best.
